These requirements applies to only Nigerians who intend to get married to foreigners in Bosnia-Hezegovina, Croatia, Hungary and Serbia.
- Scanned copy of Valid Nigerian e-passport
- Scanned copy of Valid residence permit
- Scanned copy of written request for issuance of Marriage Clearance
- Scanned copy of Original birth certificate issued by Nigerian Population Commission
- Scanned copy of Original bachelorhood or spinsterhood affidavit issued by any marriage registry or Court in Nigeria OR Divorce certificate
- Scanned copy of MKB Bank Slip ($25 for Marriage Clearance). See information on Consular fee payment
- Scanne copy of completed marriage declaration datasheet in capital letters. Download datasheet for marriage declaration
- Scanned copy of Written undertaking from foreigner who is marrying the Nigerian out of his/her own free will
- Scanned copy of Address card and ID card or Passport of the Foreigner
- Scanned copy of Bachelor/Spinster/Divorce certificate of the Foreigner (whichever is applicable)
