Please read the information below carefully before proceeding to pay the Service and Administrative Fee.
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All payments made to the Embassy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review your payment details carefully before proceeding.
  • Receipts & Proof of Payment:The Embassy does not issue VAT receipts for any payments. Instead, you will receive a deposit or transfer notification from the bank as proof of your transaction.
  • Correct Account Allocation: Ensure that the appropriate fee is deposited into the correct designated bank account. For example, service fee must be paid into the account specifically designated for service fees. The Embassy is unable to process refunds or transfer funds in cases of incorrect payments.
  • Payment Methods & Processing Time: Payments can be made in person at any MBH Bank branch, or via bank transfer. Please note: If opting for a bank transfer, kindly initiate payment at least five (5) working days prior to submitting your request to the Embassy, to allow sufficient time for processing.
  • Bank Charges & Payment Accuracy:To ensure the full intended amount is received by the Embassy, please include all applicable bank fees and transaction charges in your payment. Should there be any shortfall due to omitted fees, you will be required to remit the outstanding balance before service is rendered.
  • Consular Request Processing Time: All consular requests are processed immediately it is received by the Embassy as long as all required documents have been submitted. 
  • Document Submission for Legalization: Legalization requests may be submitted in person, through a proxy with an official Letter of Authorization or via courier service (contact the Embassy prior to dispatch). Please ensure your courier submission includes your official request, supporting documents, and the document (s) to be legalized.
Payments are made in two ways:  
  • Deposit relevant service charge and administrative charge by visiting any MBH Bank. The applicant submits the deposit slip from MBH Bank as evidence of payment.
  • Transfer relevant  service charge and administrative fee via online banking, and submit copy of e-receipt. The Finance Attaché confirms receipt of funds.

Please note the following when paying the consular fee:

A commission/transfer fee will be charged by the Bank when depositing or transferring the consular fee. Please ensure the total amount on the MKB deposit slip has the exact amount of the consular service needed.
All consular fees paid via bank transfer can only be acknowledged after the Finance Section has confirmed receipt of the transfer. 
Provide payment details when making payment. Include the type of consular service you are paying and this appears in the remark column of the deposit slip.
Submit the original MKB Bank slip or evidence of  the bank transfer when submitting your documents.

All fees are non- refundable.
