To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please read the following carefully:
📄 Our Responsibility

The Embassy will prepare your document and make it available for pick‑up once you receive your confirmation email.

If you choose to use a courier service, we will release the document to the courier you have designated, provided that all required courier information has been submitted to the Embassy in advance.
🚫 What We Cannot Do

We cannot communicate with courier companies on your behalf.

We cannot track, expedite, or follow up on courier deliveries.

We cannot order, arrange, or book any courier service for you.

Once the document has been handed over to your chosen courier, we have no control over delivery times, delays, or lost items.
📦 Your Responsibility

You must provide complete and accurate courier details directly to the Embassy.

You are solely responsible for coordinating with your courier regarding pick‑up, tracking, and delivery.

If your document is delayed or not delivered, you must contact your courier company directly, as the Embassy cannot intervene.
