To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please read the following carefully:

📄 Our Responsibility

  • The Embassy will prepare your document and make it available for pick‑up once you receive your confirmation email.

  • If you choose to use a courier service, we will release the document to the courier you have designated, provided that all required courier information has been submitted to the Embassy in advance.

🚫 What We Cannot Do

  • We cannot communicate with courier companies on your behalf.

  • We cannot track, expedite, or follow up on courier deliveries.

  • We cannot order, arrange, or book any courier service for you.

  • Once the document has been handed over to your chosen courier, we have no control over delivery times, delays, or lost items.

📦 Your Responsibility

  • You must provide complete and accurate courier details directly to the Embassy.

  • You are solely responsible for coordinating with your courier regarding pick‑up, tracking, and delivery.

  • If your document is delayed or not delivered, you must contact your courier company directly, as the Embassy cannot intervene.
