NOTICE TO THE GENERAL
PUBLIC: LABOR DAY HOLIDAY NOTICE
The Embassy of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria wishes to notify its clients and citizens that the
Embassy will be closed to the general public on Monday, 28th May
2012 and Tuesday, 29th May, 2012 to observe Pentecost Monday and Democracy Day respectively. The Embassy will therefore (be closed on those days and will)
reopen to the public on Wednesday, 30th May 2012.

CURRENT NEWS ON RE-ISSUANCE OF E-PASSPORT
The Nigerian Embassy,
Budapest wishes to inform all Nigerian Nationals in Hungary and its countries of concurrent accreditation namely
Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia, that intends to renew his
or her e-passport as a result of expiration, lost/theft, damages e.t.c that
such passport can be re-issued at the Nigerian Embassy, The Hague, Netherlands
henceforth.
In the light of this, our clients are advised
to access the Embassy of Nigeria, The Hague’s website on www.nigerianembassy.nl for
further information. In this connection, you are kindly requested to note that
Nigerian Embassy Budapest does not have the facilities for e-passport re-issue
or other related issue with respect to re-issue of passports.
