The
Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria wishes to notify its clients
that the Embassy shall be closed on Thursday and Friday, the 9th and 10th of September 2010 to mark the Eidel- Fitri Festival (end of Ramadan). The Embassy
shall reopen for normal business hours on 13th September, 2010.
Collection of e-passports
The e-passport for those captured during the recent passport intervention exercise is now ready for collection at the Embassy.
Nigerians wishing to collect their passports should visit the Embassy personally on the following days:
Monday 2pm- 4pm
Wednesday 10am- 1pm
Friday 10am -1pm
Please be informed that any request for passport collection will not entertained on any other day or outside consular hours stated above.
In addition, Nigerians are advised to bring their old passports for cancellation in accordance with the passport rules.
Important notice to all visa applicants
All visa applicants are advised to read through the visa requirements on the Embassy's
website before submitting documents as incomplete applications
will not be accepted. Applicants are also advised to make or attach all the
necessary photocopies of documents before coming to the Embassy.
