Payment of passport application fee
Each passport applicant is required to pay the relevant passport application fee through Innovate1 services website: https://www.innovate1services.com. You are required to register your bank card with Innovate1 services before you can make payment if you fall in the under-listed categories below:

Name on the bank card is not the same as the name of the passport applicant e.g
- You are paying for your child or someone who does not have a bank card
- Your bankcard is not accepted
- You need to use your bankcard multiple times in a month
Steps to register Bank Card
- Click https://www.innovate1services.com
- Click the blue LOGIN button on the top right corner of the website. Login in using your yahoo or google(gmail) address and agree to the terms of condition.
- Click on MANAGE CREDIT CARD and click on REGISTER CARD.
- Carefully read the INSTRUCTIONS (Guidelines and how to register your credit card)
- Click CONTINUE, read GUIDELINES, fill out billing and card information and upload necessary documents.
- Click SUBMIT and wait for Innovate1 services to approve your card for passport fee payment. The process could take between 2-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from Innovate1 services
- After you have registered your bank card, you can view it by clicking MANAGE CREDIT CARD and click on VIEW APPROVED CARD.
