- Passport Application Form to be completed online and printed out.
- Online Payment Slip printout
- Acknowledgement slip print out.
- Two current passport -size photographs with white background.
- Applicants should come with the original expired passport or the passport with exhausted visa pages
- Evidence of payment of Administrative Charge (USD$60)
