CERTIFICATION OF TRUE COPY OF DOCUMENT |

The Embassy certifies copies of documents issued by organizations in Hungary and
other countries of concurrent accreditation, for use in Nigeria and also copies of passport data-page of a Nigerian passport.
Requirements:
- Written official request
letter to the Consular Department from the individual or the company, to be
hand delivered or emailed to the Embassy via:

- Copy of Nigerian
passport (Not applicable to companies)
- Copy of
certificate of incorporation (not applicable to individuals)
- Copy of Residence
Permit (where applicable)
- Submission of the
original documents to be certified (for sighting only, if the copy is to be
certified)
- Evidence of Service Charge and Administrative Charge (Non-Refundable)
- Letter of
authorization if the documents will be submitted on your behalf
- Documents for
certification are to be submitted in person or sent through any courier service
of your choice. (DHL, UPS etc). If sending via courier, you will also need to
arrange for the documents to be picked up from the Embassy after the
certification process is complete.
Cost:
- Service Charge is $50 and Administrative Charge is $30.
